A Nothing

I recently saw Trasporter 2 (I saw it, by the way, with my wonderful wife THE JILB) and I'm not gonna lie to you here--it was an absolute nothing of a movie.

What nothing movies have you seen?

"Pumpkin" with Christina Ricci.

Actually, it wasn't really a "nothing" movie, because there was a whole lot of something going on...I just don't know what.

I've seen a lot of them. One of these movies was deemed "The scariest movie ever!" The movie was "White Noise" . . . if that's scary I apparently have no sense of fear.

Another "nothing" movie happens to be anything with the number 2 in the title. "Transporter 2" "Lilo & Stitch 2" "Jaws 2" and so on . . .I think the exception to the rule is "The 2 Towers". But then again they did spell it out . . .

One other crap movie is anything with Jimmy Fallon in it.

Long comment.

"Coming ONLY to Disney DVD."

ALso, what about all films we saw when we were younger, that we thought were so great? We watch them now (even worse, we tell our kids how great they were, and FORCE them to watch them. Reinman has direct knowledge of this phenomenon.) and realize that they STUNK.

Examples:
"Singing in the Rain"
"Adventures in Babysitting" (What the heck was I THINKING?
"The Towering Inferno"

But not "In Harm's Way". That still rocks.

the most nothingest movie I have seen, recently, was The Perfect Storm. They should've called it "George Clooneys Perfect Sap Tale" or "The Perfect Stupidist Movie Ever" or some such worthy title. It was perfectly predictable and disappointing.

How's that?
