Whew, dog

I had a huge scare over the weekend.

I clicked on my link to the site of sites--a site I visit, on average, a jillion times a day--but instead of taking me to the page that is the very soul of the intranet, I got one of those white page deals with boring black words and short red links that take you to other boring pages that don't feature Sean Connery's melodious voice.

So, thinking that it was simply a problem with my own link, I typed in the actual address on that address bar thingy. And I got 404'd again.

So I had a good ol' fashioned panic attack.

Then I talked with my dad, because he knows things.

He told me that I shouldn't worry and gave me some explanation about "pipelines." Pipelines made me think of Siberia, which made me think of Fiddler on the Roof, which made me think about Lazar Wolf, which made me think about how YNCTWB has the only picture of Lazar Wolf on the intranet, which made think about other exclusive pictures that I could potentially have, which made me wonder why all you lazy pirates out there aren't flooding my inbox with Jimmy Chitwood photos.

It took me the whole weekend to think about all that.

Then came this morning, and I tried the link again. Sure enough, it worked.

Guess I won't be needing this anymore.
