Hello, engage-o

I gave a girl a ring last night for Valentine's Day. It was the kind of ring that says we're getting married.

I went shopping for the ring a few weeks ago. I'd never bought a ring before in my life, so I wasn't really sure what a good one was. (You know--a good one.)

My first stop was the claw machine at Wal-Mart. It was there that I saw the most beautiful ring in the world. It looked kind of like this. But alas, after blowing about a thousand bucks, I realized that the claw machine cheats. (In case any of you is giving an engagement ring anytime soon, it's still sitting inside, waiting for a lucky owner.)

So I got her a more different ring (a good one). I think she kind of liked it. I think she kind of really liked it.
